Initiate Your Request
Log into your Books Villa account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a printable return label.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached and include the printed packing slip inside the box.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5 to 7 business days.
